Profits Within Reach
At Kagi, we take pride in offering a wide array of services and solutions at the lowest possible cost to you. To keep your expenses to a minimum, we split the traditional flat fees found at other ecommerce providers into two parts: Kagi service fees paid to us and payment processor fees paid to the institutions that make online payments possible.
Kagi Service Fees
We charge a small fee per completed transaction. Our fees allow us to provide you with a variety of ecommerce solutions including:
- Hosted shopping cart software
- Fraud prevention services
- Incredible support for you and your customers
- International services to complete sales to shoppers around the globe
Standard Kagi Fee
Our standard Kagi fee applies to sales of software, physical goods, and services completed directly through your Kagi Online Store.

We offer special pricing for digital content and software sold through our Kagi Registration Module.
Kagi Marketplace Fee
We provide ecommerce solutions to a wide range of businesses offering a fantastic variety of products and services. The Kagi Marketplace aims to bring many stores in the Kagi Network together in one place. For sales we generate on your behalf through the Kagi Marketplace, you'll pay an additional 10% fee.
This is a no-risk distribution channel for you. Kagi will drive traffic to your store and if you get extra sales, you pay Kagi a modest commission for those sales. If you don’t sell anything through the Kagi Marketplace you incur no additional cost.
Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing companies charge their own transaction fees for purchases made through their services. For example, if a customer in the United States completes a purchase using a Mastercard, Mastercard charges us 2.7% of the transaction plus thirty cents. In turn, we will charge you 2.7% of the transaction plus thirty cents.

Example Pricing
Drew in Cleveland, OH, purchases a $50 pair of sunglasses from your online store using his MasterCard. Kagi charges 2.5% + $2.00 for transactions between $25 and $100. Some quick math shows you would pay us $3.25 for this sale.
Additionally, MasterCard charges 2.7% + $0.30 to process this sale. That's $1.65. In total, you would pay $4.90 to process this $50 transaction completed through your Kagi online store.

Payment To Store Owners
Kagi issues payments on the 20th of each month. Qualifying suppliers, based on your monthly revenue through Kagi, may be paid up to four times per month to ensure that your profits land in your pocket as quickly as possible. Learn more »
